I am new to HealthVault, have downloaded SDK and successfully run the sample apps in Visual Studio 2008. I am now trying to customize the Health and Fitness sample app. I Want to add ItemType Blood Glucose Measurement (read, edit, chart, delete). Please let me know how to go about it, is there any documentation online that gives step by step instructions. I also posted this question on the forum, but did not get any reply.
Any help is highly appreciated.

The Health and Fitness sample is a little too complex if you are new to HealthVault. If you want to understand it please refer this whitepaper:

Having said that i encourage you to start with the Hello World sample, it is much easier to get you started.
